Dobrivska M. Development of bioeconomics in the conditions of transformation of the agrarian sector

The thesis is devoted to the justification of theoretical, methodical bases and development of practical recommendations concerning the development of bioeconomy in the transformational conditions of the agrarian sector taking into account the economic, environmental and social aspects. Our own interpretation of the concept «bioeconomy» is offered on the basis of the generalization of the theoretical bases of the bioeconomic development and the carried-out analysis of the scientific definitions. The hierarchical levels of development of bioeconomics in the conditions of openness of the national economy are singled out. Understanding of the essence of the bioeconomic system has been made deepened. The condition of the transformational processes in the agrarian sector is analysed at the stage of the bioeconomic formation. The indicators for index calculation of the level of the bioeconomic development in the conditions of transformational changes and the agrarian sector are generalized. The agrobiocluster model as the innovative mechanism of development of bioeconomy is developed. The complex of the actions directed at deactivization of development of bioeconomy in Ukraine is formed. The forecast of the level of the bioeconomic development in the conditions of transformation of the agrarian sector is carried out.
