Karpunina M. The improvement of the mechanism of resource conservation in the metallurgical industry of Ukraine

The theoretical approaches of resource saving mechanism are developed. The author specifies the concept of the essence of the resource conservation. The system of principles of state supporting policy of the metallurgical industry development in the framework of resource saving strategy has been developed. The methodical approaches of the implementation of the resource saving mechanism are systematized. It is the conceptual bases of research on the implementation of the resource saving mechanism in the metallurgical industry of Ukraine. The concept of resource and energy saving at the enterprises of the metallurgical industry has been improved as a strategic way of the metallurgical industry development in the domestic and foreign markets. The methodical approach of the formation of a resource-saving strategy in the metallurgical industry as an instrument for implementing the concept is improved. The mechanism of the resource saving process in the metallurgical industry has been improved within the framework of the concept. The methodical approach to the formation of a system of economic stimulation of metallurgical enterprises for introducing resource-saving technologies has been improved. The author identifies scientific and practical recommendations for improving the state policy of supporting the metallurgical industry of Ukraine during the implementation of resource saving mechanisms.
