Chaikin O. Organizational and Economic Foundations of Ecologically Certified Agricultural Production in Ukraine

Purpose: to justify the theoretical and methodological approaches and to develop practical recommendations for organizational and economic foundations of ecologically certified agricultural production in Ukraine formation and development. Object: the process of formation and development of organizational and economic foundations of ecologically certified agricultural production. Research methods: economic-statistical, sociological observation, economic-mathematical modelling, correlation-regression analysis. Theoretical results: the basis for further enrichment of theoretical-methodological basis and practical recommendations for organizational and economic foundations of ecologically certified agricultural production in Ukraine formation and development has been created. Practical results: research-based recommendations for organizational and economic foundations of ecologically certified agricultural production in Ukraine formation and development has been developed. Scientific novelty: the scientific-methodological approach to organizational and economic foundations of ecologically certified agricultural production development on the basis of economic entities quality management and ecological safety which provides a gradual implementation in the process of agro-industrial production certification system with the necessary information flows ordering related to the objects management state, quality and environmental safety control, technological process and food chain monitoring has been developed. Level of implementation: Department of Agricultural Development of Zhytomyr Oblast State Administration, LLC “Organic Standard”, PE "Ukraine", LLC “BaranivkAgro”, FKH “Agroinnovatsia”, LLC “Vladik feed”, ZNAEU. Efficiency: the results of the research contribute to organizational and economic foundations of ecologically certified agricultural production in Ukraine formation and development. Application area: central and local executive authorities, local governments, higher educational institutions of the economic profile.
