Shestakova A. Alternative employment in reproduction of labor potential of rural territories

Purpose: to substantiate and improve the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations on the formation of alternative employment in the process of reproduction of labor potential of rural territories. Object: the process of alternative employment formation in reproduction of labor potential of rural territories. Research methods: abstract and logical, monographic, statistical and economic, sociological surveys, deterministic factor analysis, least-squares method. Theoretical results: was created the basis for further enrichment of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on the formation of alternative employment in reproduction of labor potential of rural territories. Practical results: developed the scientifically-grounded recommendations on the formation of alternative employment in reproduction of labor potential of rural territories. Scientific novelty: the researcher developed the algorithm for constructing a cluster model of alternative employment of the population in rural territories, based on a synergetic approach to the formation of the institutional provision of employment, taking into account peculiarities of using the natural resources potential, economic conditions for deepening production specialization and cooperation in production and marketing activities, historical and cultural values of rural territories and others, and this will contribute to the creation of additional crafts (forest hunting and fishing) and the development of self-employment, improvement of the level of local food security. Level of implementation: Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Korostyshiv District State Administration, PSP (OV) Ukraine, LLC TERA RA, LLC "UTMM", Zhytomyr Branch of PWNZ "University of Modern Knowledge". Efficiency: the results of the research contribute to the formation of alternative employment in the process of reproduction of labor potential of rural territories. Application area: central and local executive authorities, local governments, higher educational establishments, forestry enterprises and agricultural production and service cooperatives.
