Essay

The object is the processes of ensuring the availability and cyber security in information and control systems of smart buildings in the development and use. The goal is to increase the accuracy of the evaluation and to ensure the required availability and cyber security requirements of information and control systems of a smart building based on the development and practical use of models and the method of information technology for selection of maintenance parameters. Research methods: methods of the set theory, reliability, probabilities, Markov analysis, mathematical statistics, simulation modeling. The method for choosing and defining the parameters of strategies for maintenance of information and control systems of smart buildings was obtained for the first time. Markov and simulation models of smart building information and control systems considering different variants of processes of recovery and maintenance, as well as parameters of software defects manifestation and vulnerability attacks have been improved. Further development was given to the model for reliability and cyber security of information and control systems of smart buildings using AND-OR trees for the analysis of faults and attacks. Branch - information technologies for evaluating and ensuring the availability and cyber security in information and control systems of smart buildings.
