Maistruk P. Improvement of teeth stabilization methods after resection of the root tops among young people

In the dissertation the solution of the actual problem of modern dentistry is presented, namely, the increase of stabilization efficiency of the of teeth after resection of the root tops among the young people by creating and using a new type of endodontic-endoossal implant based on the study of the physical and mathematical parameters of the ratio of the root of the tooth and the alveolar bone part of the jaw. The high functional efficiency of the individualized approach to the choice of the method of patient rehabilitation with various forms of frontal group of teeth complicated caries and by operations of the root top resection was developed and clinically proven. The proposed advanced technique for conducting endodontic-endoossal implantation with or without additional use of osteoplastic material is a proven alternative to existing and commonly used methods of conservative (endodontic) and surgical (root top resection) treatment and can be used as a method of effective stabilization of the frontal teeth among young people and is based on Tooth-preserving principles in modern medicine, in is aimed to prevent complications from the side of the maxillofacial apparatus of a person.
