Ilina O. Management of investment activity of agrarian enterprises

The theoretical, methodological and applied bases of investment support of agrarian enterprises are researched in the dissertation. The concept of investment development of enterprises of agrarian sphere is investigated. The integrated index of estimation of efficiency of the investment activity of agrarian enterprises is offered, which allows to determine the factor influence of multi-directional factors on the result of investment activity. It is proved that the investment self-organization of agrarian enterprises requires the activation of the target factors through the action of leverages of a cognitive map of investment potential. It is found out that the most appropriate strategy for revitalization of the investments for a small agricultural business sector should be a share investment under the conditions of cooperation. An approach to choosing an investment decision has been improved on the basis of the clustering of the agrarian enterprises by production portfolios. It is proved that the use of the dominant investment strategies in the production portfolio of agrarian enterprises leads to an increase in investments, enhancing the investors’ interest to increasing of the profitability of capital. These strategies are: investments in changing the structure of the production portfolio, investments in improving the efficiency of low-profitable assets and investments in highly profitable assets.
