The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis of coordination compounds of uranyl ion with derivatives of 3,5-disubstituted 1,2,4-triazoles and investigation of their structure and physico-chemical properties. 24 New complexes of uranyl ion with triazole-containing compounds as ligands have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular and crystalline structure of 7 complexes and 1 organic compound were found. By means of by IR, UV, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis properties of the obtained compounds were investigated. Basic trends in triazole-based ligands coordination by uranyl-ion were found: tri-, tetra-, pentadentate ligands form mononuclear complexes with uranyl ion, with the exception of 3-hydroxymethyl-1,2,4-triazoles, which are prone to formation of binuclear complexes; penta- and hexadentant ligands formation of neutral complexes with uranyl ion is characteristic, which in the case of ligands with one acidic proton is also provided by deprotonation of the triazole heterocycle; the donor atoms of one of the substituents in the 3rd or 5th position of tetratriazole ligands are not coordinated by/to uranyl ion. The possibility of modification of triazole ligands for the development of new extractants for uranyl ion was shown for tritriazolyl di-acetic acid diester.
