The work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the macro- and microelements state of the organism and its correction during the surgical treatment of the odontogenic cysts of the maxillofacial area in the patients of Precarpathiаn region. We examined 75 patients, aged from 18 to 45 years and 30 healthy people during the first phase of research. On the 2nd phase, depending on the applied therapeutic approach, patients with OC were divided into the following way: 1-st group – 25 patients, which received treatment according to the Protocol, 2-nd group – 25 patients, received combined therapy, in which protocol treatment was supplemented by antibacterial agent from cephalosporin group of 3-d generation for the purpose of avoiding postoperative complications and Beresh Plus drops; 3-d group – 25 patients – received combined therapy, in which protocol treatment was supplemented be Beresh Plus drops and immunomodulation medication licopid; 4-th group (control) – 30 practically healthy patients of the same age with ill patients, in which normal indices of laboratory and instrumental indexes were discovered. We found that the development of the disease occurs on the background of decreasing of the level of Mg and Zn; increasing of the level of Cu, Ca, expressed prooxidative activation with significant increase of oxidative modification of proteins (р<0,05) and development of oxidative stress. In this work for the first time the diagnostic value of definition of the endothelial dysfunction was found in patients with OC on the ground of study the level of peptide with endothelial origin – ET-1. It was proved the informative of study of the changes of endothelium by concentration of ET-1 in patients with odontogenic cysts. It was pathogenetically substantiated expediency and evaluated the main criteria of the definition of the main indexes of the content of bioelements in patients with OC: Cu, Ca, Mg and Zn. The improved schemes of treatment of the patients from Precarpathian region with odontogenic cysts applying of bioelemental complex and immune modulation medication on the background of surgical treatment with the purpose of prophylaxis of postoperative complications, optimization of the recovery terms were proposed. The effectiveness and safety of their usage in proposed differentiated dosage mode were proved.
