Essay

The object of the study is diabetes 1 and 2 types with urogenital forms of diabetic autonomic neuropathy. The purpose is to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of urogenital forms of diabetic autonomic neuropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) 1and 2 types. Methods of research: clinical, anthropometric, laboratory, instrumental, electrophysiological, statistical. Equipment: medical scales VM-150, rostomer IM-1-1, ultrasonic diagnostics system НD 11ХЕ Philips Medical Systems, USA, electromyograph "Neuro-MVP4, analyzer automatic Cobas C311. Scientific novelty and theoretical results obtained. The study presents a new solution to a specific scientific problem of modern clinical endocrinology. For the first time, the frequency of occurrence of the urogenital form of DAN in patients with DM 1 and 2 types was studied using the developed questionnaire scale. For the first time, the dependence of the quality of life (QF)on the shape and severity of urination disorders (UD) in patients with DM 1 and 2 types was assessed using the SF-36 questionnaire. It was found that the use of surface electromyography in order to diagnose the urogenital form of DAN should be used in women with type 1 diabetes. The expediency and proven effectiveness of pathogenetic therapy in women with diabetic cystopathy, which includes α-lipoic acid and vitamins of group B. Practical significance of the results. A special questionnaire scale was developed and proposed for use in diabetes aimed at identifying the form and assessing the degree of urinary incontinence in patients with a urogenital form of DAN with DM 1 and 2 types. The diagnostic algorithm of the urogenital form of DAN in patients with type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes has been developed and proposed for practical use. A method for noninvasive diagnosis of the urogenital form of DAN in patients with type 1 diabetes has been developed and introduced in practice. The method is based on noninvasive diagnostics with the help of the developed scales-questionnaire of surface electromyography (Patent of Ukraine No. 119454 dated September 25, 2017). The results of the study were introduced into the practice of the Communal Institution "Territorial association of Lisichansk" in the polyclinic department of the Lysychanskoy municipal treatment and prophylactic institution Central City Hospital.
