Essay

The object of research - reinforced concrete elements under low-cycle loads; goal - investigation of the influence of high levels low-cycle loading on strength, deformability and crack resistance of span reinforced concrete structures, taking into account the change of constructive factors; methods - collection, study and analysis of literature sources, formulation of research tasks, development of methods for performing of full-scale and numerical experiments using the mathematical planning theory, modern methods of material deformations measuring, processing and analysis of obtained results, mathematical and physical modeling of stress-strain state of experimental elements, comparison of calculation results with experimental data, the formulation of the main conclusions and the development of recommendations for the implementation of research results to design practice; results – it was developed the engineering methodology for calculating the strength of areas near supports of beam reinforced concrete structures, which provides all possible schemes of its destruction and allows to predict the fatigue strength of concrete over a dangerous inclined crack and fatigue strength of existing transverse reinforcement, fatigue strength of longitudinal reinforcement for rupture or slip by this crack due to its insufficient amount (breakage) or improper anchoring; introduced - to educational process of OSABA at the training of specialists and masters, as well as in the design practice of construction organization "Chernomorgidrostroy".
