Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of dry building mixes with micro-fillers for floor laying. The work is aimed at improving the strength and reducing the deformation of mortars on the basis of dry mixes for floor by adding in their composition: sludge from wet gas cleaning of Stakhanov ferrosilicon production plant, expanded clay dust from Kharkov plant of expanded clay and sludge water softening from Kharkov CHP - 5. In work confirmed the possibility of regulating the basic physical and mechanical characteristics of dry mixes by introducing the micro-fillers. Were tested influence the shelf life of the sludge from the wet gas cleaning of ferrosilicon production to physical and mechanical properties of the cement paste. As a result, it was determined that the use of sludge over 30 years is the most effective. Determined that the best physical and mechanical properties observed with introduction of 15% of the sludge from the wet gas cleaning and 5% of expanded clay dust. With this ratio of micro-fillers adhesion strength increased by 55%, the compression strength – by 70%, the abrasion resistance - by 47%, water absorption reduced by 55%. Were tested samples of the proposed compositions with the help of instrumental methods of the research. Identified the phase structure and the main tumors in cement paste with micro filler. Paper presents commercialization and calculation of economic efficiency of the developed compositions for floor laying. Conducted trial tests to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the proposed mixtures have confirmed the results of the research and compliance with the mixtures standards. Cost-effectiveness of the proposed best dry mixes for floor laying based on a comparison of its costs and the usual mixture based on Portland cement. The estimated annual economic impact from the production of dry mortar with the addition of sludge from wet gas cleaning ferrosilicon production and expanded clay dust is more than 1.7 mln. UAH.
