The thesis is devoted to comprehensive and thorough analysis of the problems of problems of administrative proceedings concerning the liability of legal entities. The features of administrative proceedings concerning the responsibility of legal entities at the pre-trial stage are singled out. The elements of judicial review of cases of administrative proceedings concerning the liability of legal entities are revealed. The main principles of appeal of decisions of the entities authorized to bring legal persons to administrative responsibility are considered.
