The object of the research is a regulation process of efficient production of high generation grain crop seeds. The object of the thesis is to ground the theoretical and methodological regulations and to develop the practical recommendations as to formation of the organizational and economic regulation mechanism of efficient production of high generation grain crop seeds. The scientific novelty consists in complex theoretical substantiation and practical solution of the issues to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of efficient production of high generation grain crop seeds. Such methods were used in the research: historical; abstract and logical; monographic; analysis and synthesis; calculation and constructive; selective; econometric modeling; extrapolation; graphic; economic and mathematical modeling; system approach. The main regulations of the thesis are brought to the level of the specific methodological developments and practical recommendations as to improving the organizational and economic mechanism for regulating the effective production of high generation grain crop seeds.
