In the thesis, new approaches to improving the OSH management system of the enterprise have been developed and improved by introducing a risk management subsystem that is built on the latest European standards and the domestic scientific base. The working conditions of workers in the foundry shop of machine-building production are investigated a hazardous and dangerous factors are determined which determine the high risk of injury or occupational disease; the methodology of study of production risks on the basis of system analysis, forecasting and prevention of industrial losses as expenses for solving occupational safety issues has been improved; The model of the risk of hazardous working areas, which affect the degree of injury and occupational diseases, is developed and provides operational management of the company's occupational safety and health. A risk management subsystem (PCRN) for machine-building production has been developed. Developed approaches to the analysis of the existing system of management of labor protection with the enterprise, decomposition of production units according to the normative requirements for the provision of labor protection, the definition of qualitative and quantitative risk indicators, identification of critical nodes in the management system that arise in the transfer of management teams, which increases the effectiveness of risk management and reduces the likelihood of their appearance. The system of management of occupational safety at work with the application of the developed subsystem of risk management of hazards (PCRN) has been improved; new methods of identification, observation and regulation of working conditions in working areas have been developed. The work of the department of labor protection of the enterprise has been improved due to the introduction of incoming and ongoing control over the indicators of the developed risk of incompetence of workers, which allows to significantly reduce the impact of the human factor; the implementation of the classification of risks by a priori and a posteriori signs of the emergence of harmful and dangerous factors; the introduction of risk indicators that allows to deepen the preventive work at all levels. Investigations have been carried out in the most dangerous areas of the enterprise, and limiting parameters of working conditions have been determined, which adversely affect workers. The use of system analysis in the improvement of the OSH management system has been scientifically substantiated, which has reduced the level of injuries. This was also facilitated by the development and implementation of a risk indicator of professional incompetence at all levels. The risk audit provided an opportunity to assess the level of hazards in the workplace and to propose methods for restructuring the work of the labor protection department at the enterprise in accordance with current international and national experience. The model of the system of management of labor protection is offered, which is based on the complex of the latest measures, which minimize risks at workplaces and effectively monitor their condition and prevent negative changes.
