Zachepa N. Asynchronous electric-powered autonomous asynchronous generator of comparable capacity

The dissertation is devoted to the actual scientific and practical task of developing and implementing measures and means to ensure safe working conditions during the operation of asynchronous machines. Modernization and reorganization of the technological process to optimize energy consumption and minimize energy costs leads to the sealing of the location of electrical equipment in production areas, which increases the likelihood of receiving electrical and mechanical injuries. In addition, the constant tendency of recent years is the increase in the influence of electromagnetic fields of critical amplitudes and frequencies on the production environment. The impact and protection measures against these factors in the production environment during the operation of asynchronous machines have not been practically investigated. To solve this problem, the mathematical models of the asynchronous machine are synthesized in order to evaluate the electromagnetic processes in a properly functioning electric machine and with existing damage in the form of short-circuited turns in the windings in order to select and configure the means of protecting workers against electric shock. Also, the analytical dependence of the induction spread of the external electromagnetic field of the asynchronous machine is obtained, which allows us to determine the safe location of working places, taking into account the distance to the machine, its geometric location and the value of the voltage supply frequency. The offered automated educational system on the basis of the developed computer simulator for practical training of specialists on the acquisition of educational and practical information, which allows to raise qualitative indicators of assimilation of information and working out of skills of performance of production tasks with observance of safe working conditions in the workplace, thus realize a strategy for ensuring an adequate level of training in occupational safety.
