Galionkina U. Worldview determinants of the modern native legal education

This dissertation is concerned on the analysis of the peculiarities of native legal education in the context of modern worldview orientations and determinants. A detailed analysis of the basic historical models of legal education in the European cultural area has been carried out; legal education in the sociocultural context has been studied as an organized system of values and norms. The dominant philosophical orientation, the nature of scientific rationality, the image of a man and a picture of the world are focused in legal education, as in a concentrated form of the element of a particular cultural age. The three-stage scheme of European legal education development has been offered – medieval, Modern Age, present.
