Essay

In the dissertation work on quantitative and qualitative changes of the main components of the environment, the agroecological substantiation of organic milk production in agricultural enterprises of various economic and technological differences was made. It is established, that in the Ternopil region there are necessary natural and climatic conditions and production potential for the production of ecological milk in accordance with the standards of ecological agricultural production and organization (along with the traditional) system of organic production oriented management in large agricultural enterprises. On the example of specific agricultural enterprises, a consistency and methods of evaluating farms for compliance with ecological and organic production requirements have been established, and methodological approaches have been proposed for the indicators that give the opportunity to comprehensively assess both the economy as a whole and the sector of dairy cattle in particular. On the basis of objective and subjective evaluation data, as a formalized description of the process, an algorithm for the transition to organic milk production, which includes organizational-economic, innovation-technological, marketing, marketing and management measures on the implementation of the mechanism of transition of milk production farms to production organic products.
