Borodinа O. Complementary development of agrosphere in Ukraine

Object of research is process of functioning and development of agriculture and rural sphere in the context of unification of its aims, tasks and result. Purpose of research is deepening of theoretical and methodical basics of agriculture and rural development, justification of the ways of its harmonization on a complementary basis, development of instruments for ensuring complementary development of agrosphere. In the research used abstract-logical, induction and deduction, monographic methods of scientific research, economic-mathematical and system analysis methods used for modeling, spatial analysis used for visualization of results.. In the research given theoretical definition of “complementary development of agrosphere”, developed economic-mathematical model, which provide scenario solutions for ensuring complementary development of agrosphere in Ukraine and formulated proposals for ensuring development of agrosphere on complementary basics. Given theoretical definition of “complementary development of agrosphere”, justified conceptual approach to ensure complementary development of agrosphere based on imitational modeling and robust solutions, improved scientific background of classification of evolutionary stages in correlation between agriculture and rural development, further developed scientific applied approaches to understanding complementarity as a basis for proposals to agrosphere development. Level of application Research results were used in preparing Concept of rural territories development, in preparation of more than 10 analytical papers and notes for government, in development of GLOBIOM project, in development of teaching material and actual teaching. Sphere of use developing agriculture and rural development policies, political decision-making, modeling development scenarios, forecasting of results during political interventions.
