Holovko V. Administrative and Legal Provision of Realizing the Right to Participate in the Management of State Affairs by the Citizens of Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the comprehensive legal study of administrative and legal provision of realizing the right of citizens of Ukraine to participate in the management of state affairs. The author of the dissertation has revealed the essence of the right of citizens to participate in the management of state affairs; has established public and legal nature of relations on its implementation, and has substantiated the ways of improving their administrative and legal provision. The author has provided own characteristics of the category of «management of state affairs», has defined the concept and has revealed the content of the right of Ukrainian citizens to participate in the management of state affairs; has considered the principles of normative support and the current state of administrative and legal provision of the right of citizens of Ukraine to participate in the management of state affairs assigned to the competence of certain agencies of public authority.
