Essay

Object - processes of functioning and distribution of resources in the network of mobile communication. The goal is to provide electromagnetic compatibility with the cognitive distribution of resources in the mobile network. Subject - models and methods for distributing resources in the mobile communication network. The methods are based on the basic provisions of radiophysics, telecommunication theory, system analysis, mathematical statistics, probability theory, optimization theory, theory of evaluation and control, dissociation theory, spatial-temporal signal processing methods, control in adaptive antenna arrays, mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic , mathematical apparatus of neural networks, mathematical and simulation modeling. Results - 1) For the first time, a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of algorithms for detecting signals: an algorithm constructed on a mathematical apparatus of neural networks, an algorithm constructed on a mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic, an algorithm constructed on a Wald criterion and an algorithm of detection based on a sign-rank criterion of Wilcoxon was conducted. As a result of the analysis, recommendations were given for choosing an algorithm for detection, depending on the signal-interference situation and the degree of a priori uncertainty. 2) Received a further development of the method of clustering of resources, built on the mathematical apparatus of neural networks Kohonen. This method, unlike the method based on the theory of dissociation with subsequent fuzzy clustering, requires lower computing costs and does not yield to the efficiency of its use. 3) For the first time a method of providing electromagnetic compatibility in the distribution of space-time resource in a mobile network, which is based on solving the problem of space-time access of subscriber stations to the base station, has been developed. This method is in good agreement with the tasks of spatial-temporal processing of signals, with the tasks of frequency-time, code, and others. processing The solvable problem of electromagnetic compatibility of the mobile network allows to save the radio frequency resource, increase the number of consumers in conditions of significant frequency loading. 4) For the first time a method of providing electromagnetic compatibility for the distribution of frequency-time resource in a mobile communication network, which consists of algorithm with frequency reuse and an algorithm based on the criterion of guaranteed communication quality, has been developed. Using this method allows you to reduce the bandwidth and ensure the maximum uniformity of the quality of communication.
