Skipenko R. Relationship with the accumulation of pension provision: the theoretical and legal aspect

The dissertation is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the legal regulation of social and security relations on the way of reforming the national pension insurance system and the introduction of a savings system and the creation of a Accumulation Pension Fund. It is established that the accumulation system establishes a direct and direct connection with the economy, determines the size of the future pension by the concrete efforts of each person and forms a class of owners, depositors and investors from the wage workers. The general tendency for all countries to continue to focus on accumulative insurance and the introduction of cumulative schemes and programs in national pension systems to increase the total income of pensioners and attract significant investment resources into the economy.
