Essay

The thesis deals with financial and legal status of budget institutions. Budget institutions as subjects of financial law are analyzed, its meaningful characterizes are determined and classified by different grounds in this context. It is determined that budget institutions by its nature are patchy and may be classified: а) dependent upon the owner (state or municipal); b) dependent upon functions, which they execute (scientific, educational, medical, cultural, social, sports and etc.).
