This thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of argumentation in its procedural expression within the contextual frames of the German talk show on economic subject from the perspective of communicative linguistics, conversational and discourse analysis methods for the following purpose: ― defining and classification of argumentative strategies and tactics of persuasive influence on the recipient, as well as communicative strategies and tactics, focused on managing and structuring the discussion process in the talk show genre; ― presentation and coverage of communicative, pragmatic and linguo-stylistic verbal means of implementation of these strategies and tactics, depending on the institutional and social roles of communicators; ― creation the typology of the specified constitutive strategies and tactics, including prototype communicative portraits of the talk show participants as a special type of institutional communication of the public nature.
