Morgun S. Jury in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to a complex research of jury in Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature and own practical experience, in work historical and legal bases of institute of jurors in the territory of modern Ukraine are lit. It is noted that the legal nature of jury was improved throughout the historical period of his formation in the countries with the developed democracy and I provided participation of citizens in criminal legal proceedings, assessment by jurors of results of a competition of charge and protection in trial, joint passing a verdict on the basis of crime existence establishment, accessory to his defendant, his guilt and possible indulgent punishment.
