Mykhailovskyi V. Administrative and legal status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine

The thesis is a research of the administrative and legal status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine. The study formulated a number of conclusions, theoretical foundations and practical recommendations, determined as a result of the comprehensive study of the administrative and legal status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine and aimed to achieve the goal. The analysis of rights and freedoms as the elements of the administrative and legal status of internally displaced persons has been undertaken and the peculiarities of this status have been established. The amendments to the regulations of public authorities of Ukraine have been grounded, the provisions of which define the administrative and legal status of internally displaced persons. It suggests the ways of improvement of the formation and implementation of administrative and legal status of internal refugees by improving the current legislation.
