Essay

In the thesis on the basis of a comprehensive study of the theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific task that involves analysis of clinical and psychopathological manifestations of affective disorders in the structure of the first psychotic episode at different stages of the course of psychosis (in prodroma, demonstrations and remission), the study of suicide risk and social characteristics of such patients. This allowed to distinguish the main differential diagnostic criteria of affective disorders in the structure of the first psychotic episode, to develop and implement in psychiatric practice an algorithm for early diagnosis and a program of therapy for this pathology
