Hrek A. Resource-technical potential of innovation-oriented agricultural enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the content of the economic category «resource and technical potential of innovative agricultural enterprises» is specified for more in-depth understanding from the point of view of the system approach. economic development and effective use of the resource-technical potential depend on the formation of indicators based on the proposed model of strategic planning in the area of innovation opportunities of innovative agricultural enterprises was established. Reserves of increase of capital investments and acceleration of the updating of the material and technical base, as well as methodical approaches to substantiating the choice of the strategy of resource and technical support, taking into account the determination of the needs of innovation-oriented agricultural enterprises in productive resources are proposed. Measures and the ways of optimal and rational use of them in the space of a three-dimensional matrix of strategic alternative solutions are chosen and developed. The most effective is the operation of farms with a range of tractors in percentages to their presence of 3.01–4.0 %, which reach the level of profitability of production of crop production 43.3% was argued. It is proved that for optimal formation and updating of the machine and tractor park it is necessary to purchase 10–12 % of cars annually to their available quantity, and taking into account the transition to the innovation-investment model of the development of the agro-industrial complex to 20 % of the equipment. The necessity of gradually strengthening the technical and technological base of the enterprises due to the purchase of the used equipment and the use of leasing is substantiated. The economic-mathematical model of the interconnection of volumes of production with resource resources of enterprises for the medium-term perspective with the use of foreign and domestic equipment are developed. The model proposed in the work takes into account the expected limits of the variation of market prices, technological and managerial diffusion between the participants in the production process and can be used to predict the expected financial results of the production activity of the innovation-oriented business entity.
