The dissertation is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of treatment of patients with stable ishemic heart disease (SIHD) stable angina pectoris (SAP) on the background of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on the basis of the study of the patterns of the course of combined pathology and clinical and pathogenetic justification for the use of echinacea tincture and chlorophyllipt (180 patients were examined). Clinical observation of the patients with COPD in combination with SIHD SAP, the results of blood test and bronchoalveolar secretion have proved the effectiveness of the application of developed therapeutic techniques at the comorbid pathology.
