Essay

In the dissertation the author specifies the content of «strategy» and «marketing strategy» concepts. Classification of marketing strategies for growth based on the views of leading domestic and foreign scientists was conducted. Within the study, classification of factors of economic growth has been clarified. The author has analyzed the basic methods and stages of formation of marketing strategies for growth and has proposed a method for selecting such strategies for agrarian formations. The basic economic indicators of activity of agrarian formations and quantitative tendencies of their changes in Ukraine and Khmelnitsky region in particular, which characterize growth processes, were analyzed. The basic marketing indicators of activity of the considered agrarian formations within the complex of marketing were analyzed, their market shares in dynamics were calculated, and a comprehensive assessment of marketing strategies was carried out. On the basis of correlation-regression modeling, the most significant factors of growth of agrarian formations in Khmelnitsky region were discovered. The method of formation of marketing growth strategy for agrarian formations on the basis of matrix methods has been developed. The recommendations on justification of the choice of a marketing strategy for development of specific agrarian formations of Khmelnitsky region are provided. A system of mechanisms for implementing marketing strategies for growth of agrarian formations was developed, which allows for significant optimization of production and marketing activities on farms, achievement of high rates of economicgrowth in the nearest future.
