Ihnatiev Y. Parameters substantiation of combined unit for beet tops harvesting on base of arable and row-crop tractor

The purpose of the study is to increase the technical and economic performance of the combined tops harvesting machine-tractor unit by substantiating the scheme, design and technological parameters and modes of its operation. The object of research is the process of functioning of the combined machine-tractor unit for the continuous cutting of beet tops and cleaning of sugar beet root crop heads from tops remnants at the root. Subject of research - regularities of scheme influence of structural-technological and kinematic parameters on oscillation in longitudinal vertical plane, qualitative and operational-technological indices of work of combined machine-tractor unit for beet tops harvesting.When doing theoretical research methods used mathematical modeling, based on the preparation of the differential equations of motion of machines and machine units, tractors theory, programming and numerical calculations on the PC. Experimental research conducted using modern methods of field tests with the use of measuring devices and recording equipment. The processing of experiments results was carried out on the basis of regression analysis using computer programs.
