Hryban I. Legal regulation of remuneration of judges in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine

The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of the remuneration of judges of Ukraine in the context of the implementation of the course on European integration in order to receive a membership in the EU. The theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of labor remuneration of judges of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration were highlighted in the result of the research, the results of court reforms were assessed, and the ways of further reforming of the judicial system and legal proceedings of Ukraine were determined taking into account international standards of legal regulation, international and national experience of remuneration of judges. The modern international standards in the field of remuneration of professional judges are defined and the state of their implementation in the legislation of Ukraine is assessed. The comparison of the level of remuneration of judges of Ukraine to the salaries of judges in Europe, the USA and Canada has been made in the research. The priority tasks in the field of remuneration of judges in the conditions of European integration were highlighted as well. The development of legal regulation of the remuneration of judges of Ukraine has been analyzed in temporal terms and periodization of legal regulation of remuneration of judges has been carried out.
