Bespalov O. Social support of judges in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine

In the dissertation the specifics of legal regulation of social security of judges in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine are revealed. The scientific interpretation, the essence and features of social security of judges are analyzed. The genesis of legal regulation of social security of judges is outlined. The structure of the mechanism of the system of social security of judges is singled out. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the forms and activities of the system of social security of judges, their place and features are explored. Problems of legal regulation of social security of judges are systematized and proposals for their solution are formulated. The tendencies of further development of legal regulation of social security of judges in conditions of European integration of Ukraine are determined. A separate role in the research is devoted to ways of borrowing European experience of legal regulation of social security of judges.
