The object of research: the innovatization of higher education in Ukraine through the involvement of special-purpose capital (endowment). The goal of research: elaboration of theoretical and methodological terms and practical recommendations in innovatization of higher education through the involvement of special-purpose capital (endowment). Research methods: dialectical, historical, rather-legal, structural, systematic, analytical, sampling, graphical. Scientific novelty: for the first time the scientific approach to innovatization of higher education through realization in principle of convergence of complex of educational, scientific, institutional, economic, organizational, marketing and fundraising mechanisms was developed. improved: conceptual and categorical framework through specification of definition “special-purpose capital (endowment) in higher education”; the scientific and methodological approach to innovative development of higher education sector diagnostics; organization and economical mechanism of formation of special-purpose (endowment) in higher education institutions and defining the innovative approaches of its use; further developed: systematization of state politics directions and choice of managerial and financial instruments for their realization; the foundation of attractive special-purpose (endowment) capital conditions for innovatization of higher education in Ukraine; practical suggestions on engaging the employers to the processes of innovatization of higher education.
