Thesis is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical problems of administrative and legal support of public procurement. Based on the provisions of the general theory of law and administrative law, established and described the elements that make up the content of administrative-legal support of public procurement. Determined the essential characteristics and elements of the structure of the mechanism of administrative and legal support of public procurement. The features of administrative law and administrative relations in the sphere of public procurement, carried out its classification. Special attention is paid to the study of acts of interpretation of administrative legal norms, and the processes of harmonization of national legislation with standards of international law.
