Vilkhivska O. Innovative business development based on e-business technologies.

The necessity of development and improvement of theoretical principles, methodical approaches and practical recommendations for management of the enterprise innovative development based on the technologies of e-business is substantiated in the thesis. The influence of e-business technologies on the innovative development of a modern enterprise is analysed. The notion essence of "e-business" as a component of innovation development of an enterprise is clarified. The e-business technologies are classified according to terms of use. Several ideas are proved. They are as follows. Innovation and entrepreneurial resource are the basis for enterprise development. The development process does not occur evenly, but cyclically. The development is qualitative changes in processes, objects and phenomena due to the introduction of innovations and the use of innovations. The analysis of the innovative development trends of the Ukrainian economy was conducted, the dynamics of innovation activity indicators of Ukrainian enterprises was considered. The factors of the external environment and the internal environment of the enterprise that influence the innovative development of the enterprise based on the technologies of e-business are separated. The list of factors was updated and supplemented by a group of information and communication factors of the enterprise's innovation development based on the technologies of e-business. Based on the generalization of e-business technologies described in the world scientific literature, the classification of e-business technologies was made by dividing them into four groups according to the functional area in which such technologies of e-business are implemented, namely they are: management, logistics, sales and marketing, finance. Subsequently, this classification gave the opportunity to compare the business processes of the enterprise and the technologies of e-business. The conceptual principles of the enterprise innovative development based on e-business technologies are improved. As well as the analysis procedure of external and internal factors of innovative enterprise development based on the technologies of e-business are developed and implemented. The methodical approach to management of the enterprise innovative development based on the e-business technologies is developed. The methodical approach is a set of stages, which interact with each other and ensure the development of the enterprise. It is proposed to make a e-business technology selection based on the matching matrix. Using such matrix managers of the enterprise choose the most appropriate technology. The methodical recommendations for the implementation of the e-business technologies are developed. The peculiarity of developed recommendations is taking into account the developer choice whether to design and implement the e-business technology by its own resources or to order from a third-party organization. The personnel readiness to implement changes and developed a list of competencies, which corresponds to the business processes are considered while implementing the e-business technology at the enterprise. The efficiency of the e-business technology implementation is based on the use of the integral KPI indicator (the indicator of the actual results achieved).
