In this work investigated the essence of the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities as an object of administrative-legal regulation. This made it possible to formulate signs of the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities and to define the range of administrative-legal relations that arise as to the organization and implementation of the latter. Disclosed the concept, principles and methods of organizing the interaction of public administration bodies with regard to ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities. Characterized the essence of the legal regulation of the organization of the interaction of public administration bodies with regard to ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities and carried out the systematization of the latter.
