Rogach L. Administrative and legal protection of economic relations in Ukraine.

The thesis is a complex study of theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal protection of economic relations in Ukraine. Within the framework of the research, the author’s notion of administrative and legal protection of economic relations in Ukraine is formed in a broad and narrow sense. To determine the forms, methods, improve the legal regulation of economic legal relations as an object of administrative and legal protection, the signs and the concept of economic relations with the establishment of their place among the objects of administrative and legal protection in Ukraine. The modern purpose and tasks of administrative and legal protection of economic relations in Ukraine are determined.
