HRYSHKO O. The Administrative and Legal Status of Bodies and Persons Carrying out Forced Execution of Court Decisions and Decisions of Other Bodies.

Thesis is a monographic study in which the administrative and legal status of the bodies and persons carrying out forced execution of court decisions and decisions of other bodies is researched in the complex manner, taking into account modern methods of cognition, the achievements of domestic and foreign legal science, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine and the EU, promising directions of its improvement are determined. Taking into account the reasonable position regarding the elements of the structure of the administrative-legal status, the personality, rights and responsibilities, responsibility and status principles of the activities of the bodies and persons executing court decisions and decisions of other bodies are analyzed. The principles of the activities of bodies and persons executing court decisions and decisions of other bodies fixed in the Recommendations Rec (2003) 16 and Rec (2003) 17 are investigated. The administrative legal personality of state and private executants has been analyzed, their comparative analysis has been carried out. The powers of the bodies of the State Executive Service of Ukraine, the rights and obligations of both state and private executants are investigated.
