Klymiuk Y. Featureses of non-removable prostheses designing according to an objective assessment of functional abilities of abutment teeth.

The dissertation is devoted to study of the problem of modern methods’ of parodontium of abutments diagnosis with the purpose of hard tissues teeth defects treatment of and included dentition defects by non-removable casted combined dentures. 112 patients of all ages were examined, of which 83 patients were conceived: 33 - with vital abutment teeth, 50 - with nonvital abutment teeth. For first time, based on complex diagnosis of periodontal condition, the dependence of the reserve strength of the abutments on their functional state was established. The expediency and advantages of using the vital abutments above the divalent ones have been proved. Improved gnathodynamometry - a method for determining the reserve forces of the abutments’ periodontium, by developing an analog-digital converter for reading the data on the computer display, and also developed a computer program for visualizing the dynamics of growth of chewing load. The presence of obvious advantages of vital abutments over the delusional allowed to develop a method for the preparation of the cradle of upper and lower central incisors under non-removable casted crowns, and the use of method of dentometry and taking into account the security zones allowed to correctly and safely perform the preparation of abutments, to control the thickness of circumpolar dentin in permissible limits, to prevent complications such as perforation of the pulp chamber and overheating of pulp. The analysis of complications that arose in different terms after the fixation of the construction of metal-ceramic prostheses, as well as the study of results of gnathodynamometric studies and the index assessment of state of abutments’ periodontium, depending on their functional state, indicates the significant advantages of vital teeth over the delusional, and also proves and justifies the efficacy of preparation and manufacture of metal ceramic crowns by proposed method recommended for the introduction into the medical practice of dental clinics.
