Object of study: the newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis (NDTB) in combined with HIV infection; the purpose is to study the changes in the functional state of hormonal systems of adaptation and to develop methods for their correction with anabolic drugs in patients with NDTB in combined with HIV infection; research methods: clinical, X-ray, immuno-enzyme, immunological and statistical; novelty: patients with NDTB of the lungs, combined with HIV infection, have established increased activity of the pituitary-adrenal system with signs of its dysfunction and high activity of the sympatho-adrenal system, the changes of which depend on the clinical characteristics of the course of co-infection TB/HIV; it is proved that the appointment of insulin in the intensive phase of complex treatment of TB in patients with TB/HIV co-infection contributes to the reduction of the termination of bacterial exclusion, the healing of cavities of destruction, the average duration of treatment; it has been determined that the effectiveness of nandrolone is lower and reliably manifests itself only in terms of the termination of bacterial secretion and the average duration of treatment.
