Boychuk A. Formation, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of the innovative development program at the enterprise

The object of the research is the innovative activity of machine-building enterprises. The aim of the research is the improvement of the theoretical and practical principles of the formation, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of the innovative development program of machine-building enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of their activities. The author uses the following methods: comparison, analysis, theoretical generalization, analogy, grouping, methods of statistical, system, matrix and financial and economic analysis, as well as program-target and graphical methods. The theoretical value of the thesis results is to study the theoretical background of the formation, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of the innovative development programs of machine-building enterprises. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the developed methodological regulations and practical recommendations for the formation, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of the innovative development programs contribute to the improvement of the management efficiency of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty of the obtained results is the following: the system of indicators of time, volume of resources, the result and their characteristics: systematic, duration and redundancy for the application during the implementation of indicative control over the implementation of the innovative development program is scientifically substantiated for the first time; the method of preliminary evaluation of the efficiency of the innovative development program of the enterprise, which combines the means of the program-target approach to management with the results of the analysis of the values of the determinants of innovative projects, is improved; tools for improving the efficiency of implementing innovative development programs by expanding, specifying and adapting certain components of SMART management technology for innovative management needs are developed, as well as presenting the implementation process of the innovative development program using framed modeling. The subject of the research is a combination of theoretical and methodological background for the formation, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of the innovative development program of machine-building enterprises. The author's recommendations are applied to the formation, implementation and evaluation of the efficiency of innovative development programs by machine-building enterprises. The sphere of use of author's recommendations is machine-building enterprises and governmental authorities.
