Strukova C. Administrative-legal support of the system of free legal aid in Ukraine

The dissertation is one of the first in the national public-law science complex monographic works, in which the administrative and legal aspects of the functioning of the system of free legal aid in Ukraine are disclosed. As a result of the research, a number of conceptual findings were made, a number of new scientific provisions, important for legal practice, were advanced and substantiated. Characteristics of informational and legal support of the system of free legal aid are carried out. Information and legal support of the system of free legal aid is defined as a set of normatively established means, methods, methods of creation, processing, analysis, dissemination (disclosure), processing, protection of information and information that is the subject of legal services and legal assistance of the subjects of free-of-charge relationships legal assistance with the use of information technology.
