Dumchykov M. Administrative and legal bases for reforming the system of state and local taxes and fees in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the study of the administrative and legal principles of reforming the system of national and local taxes and fees in Ukraine, as well as determining the directions of their improvement. Particular attention is paid to the concept, the essence of national and local taxes and fees and historical and legal analysis of the emergence and establishment of national and local taxation in Ukraine. The functions and principles of taxation in Ukraine are clarified. The peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of national and local taxation in Ukraine are revealed. The main focus is on defining the tax system in Ukraine, summarizing foreign experience in the field of taxation and, accordingly, formulating proposals for improving the administrative and legal principles of national and local taxes and fees in Ukraine.
