The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal regulation of currency constraints in Ukraine. The historical and legal analysis of currency regulation in Ukraine has been carried out. The essence and peculiarities of currency regulation in Ukraine have been determined. The concept and types of currency regulation’s forms in Ukraine have been revealed. Legal principles of currency regulation have been characterized; and the place of administrative regulation among them has been clarified. The concept and structure of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of currency constraints have been outlined. The range of subjects regulating currency constraints in Ukraine and the peculiarities of their administrative and legal status have been established. The levels and areas of legal regulation of currency constraints have been processed. Administrative and legal methods of regulation of currency constraints have been revealed. The author has offered directions for improving administrative and disciplinary liability for violation of the legislation regulating currency constraints in Ukraine. International experience of regulating currency constraints has been generalized and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine have been determined.
