In the dissertation the complex investigation of activity of the courts of general jurisdiction concerning the consideration of cases on administrative violations has been carried out. The theoretical and methodological principles of research of activity of courts of general jurisdiction concerning consideration of cases on administrative violations are considered. The general provisions of the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses by courts are analyzed. The suggestions and recommendations related to the directions of improvement of the activity of courts of general jurisdiction concerning the consideration of cases of administrative violations are formulated.
