Kaptsova N. Increase of efficiency of exploitation and repair of municipal gas pipelines

In the dissertation the scientific and practical task of increasing the efficiency of operation and repair of urban gas pipelines is solved. The conducted research of samples of products of deposits, selected from the internal cavity of gas pipelines. Proposed methods for determining the volume of deposits in urban gas pipelines. The analysis of methods and technology for cleaning gas pipelines has been carried out and a new design of a gas-dynamic installation for the internal cavity of gas pipelines has been developed using a gas-dynamic nozzle. The equations of motion of the gas-dynamic installation in the regimes are obtained. Methods and technologies of determination of losses of gas are offered through fistulas and micro cracks of pipes of municipal gas pipelines. Equalizations of the tensely-deformed state of the maximum loading of areas of the damaged gas pipelines are got. Studies of repair of gas pipelines are undertaken with the use of glues and combined technologies.
