Ivanchenko O. Administrative and legal aspect of providing judicial services in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the theoretical problems of providing judicial services in Ukraine, substantiating the necessity of introducing the category «judicial service» into the national legal field; ensuring the complexity of measures in the process of implementation of international norms in domestic legislation. The genesis of administrative justice and the place of judicial services are revealed. The concept, features and principles of providing judicial services are defined. The legal regulation of the provision of court services in the domestic legislation is described. The procedure for providing judicial services and its stage is revealed. A systematic analysis of the criteria for assessing the provision of judicial services was carried out. The guarantees of ensuring the legality of the provision of judicial services in Ukraine, the resources of their various varieties are highlighted and investigated. The foreign experience of providing judicial services is characterized and the main directions of its borrowing for Ukraine are highlighted. The proposals on the improvement of the legislation regulating the provision of judicial services and the practice of its implementation are substantiated.
