Lysenko Y. Agency within Administrative Procedure

Thesis is focused on the comprehensive study of the essence and peculiarities of the institution of agency, the legal status of an authorized agent within administrative procedure and the ways of their improvement in the context of judicial reform and the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. The stages of development and establishment of the institution of agency within administrative procedure in Ukraine and in the world, its essence, types and features have been determined. The principles and functions of agency within administrative judicial proceedings have been generalized; the current state of its legal regulation has been outlined. The essence and content of the legal status of an authorized agent as the subject of administrative procedure have been established; his powers and peculiarities of the legal liability have been revealed.
