The research outlines the peculiarities of specification of jurisdiction of administrative courts regarding resolution of cases in the sphere of public service. The problems of the concept, features and components of public service in Ukraine are investigated. The status of legal regulation of public service in Ukraine is described. The concept, types and grounds of disputes origin in the sphere of public service are defined. Ways of consideration and resolution of administrative disputes in the sphere of public service are characterized. The criteria for determination of the jurisdiction of an administrative court are formed in order to ensure the effectiveness of consideration of administrative disputes in the sphere of public service.
